Anime ini bercerita mengenai Abe no Masahiro, cucu dari onmyouji terkenal dan terhebat saat itu, Abe no Seimei. Bercita-cita mnjadi seorang Onmyouji hebat melebihi kakeknya, karena dia selalu dibawah bayang-bayang dari kakenya sang onmyouji terkenal di zaman itu.
Suatu saat, ketika Masahiro berumur 13. Meskipun iya seorang onmyouji saat itu iya, tak bisa melihat ayakashi (youkai). Suatu malam iya bertemu dengan seekor ayakashi berbentuk Mononoke yang memanggilnya dengan sebutan Seimei's grandson, cukup membuat Masahiro kesel yang akhirnya memberi panggilan dengan nama Mokkun.
Dalam petualangannya juga, Masahiro akan selalu ditemani oleh Mokkun, yang sebetulnya merupakan salah satu dari 12 dewa pelindung Seimei bernama Touda.
Dalam anime itu akan dijelaskan alasan mengapa Touda sang pelindung Seimei, kemudian berada terus bersama Masahiro dan bukan bersama Seimei. Lalu, para dewa pelindung lainnya yang tidak mengakui Masahiro sebagai cucu dari master mereka, Seimei. Dan usaha Seimei untuk membuat para dewa itu mengakui Masahiro yang akan menjadi penggantinya.

Shion No Ou
Shion no Ou tells the story of a young girl by the name of Shion Ishiwatari. At the age of 4, Shion`s parents were murdered at their house. The police didn`t find anything at the crime scene that might lead them to the murderer apart from a shougi board upon which the pieces were lined up in an orderly fashion. Shion was not harmed even though she was at the house at the time of the murder but the shock of seeing her parents lying dead in a pool of blood resulted in the loss of her voice. The Ishiwatari neighbours and close friends, the Yasuoka family (made up of Shinji Yasuoka and his wife Sachiko) adopted Shion after the murder and raised her as their own daughter and so she was renamed Shion Yasuoka since then. Shinji is a professional Shogi player and during the years that passed after the murder, he taught Shion how to play shogi. Shion was a natural at playing shogi. She learned the game very quickly and mastered it at an early age. She rose quickly in the ranks of the game and became a genius professional player just like her new father. The story is about Shion`s life 8 years after the murder and how her chosen path as a professional shogi player might one day lead to finding her parents` murderer.
Shinkyoku Soukai Polyphonic
In the continent of Polyphonica, spirits materialize in the world, surviving on the music that is played by humans, and live together with them. While the spirits don't appear often, some spirits have enough power to materialize in human or animal forms and live together with humans.
Dantists, who play special music called "Commandia," are widely respected in this world. They also usually are in contract with powerful spirits. The story of Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica revolves around the new Dantist, Phoron Tatara, the spirit that he made contract with, Corticarte Apa Lagranges, and their friends, in their daily life and work.
In the anime, episode 1 to 10 explored the relationship between humans and spirits in the world of Polyphonica. This is shown either from Dantist like Phoron, or Direnn. The last two episodes focus on the Commandia that connects both kind of creatures.
Shinkon Gattai Godannar
In the final battle between the Japanese Super Robot Godanner and the last boss of the Mimetic Beasts, the pilot, Saruwatari Goh loses Mira Ackerman, who was both his partner in combat and lover. But in return, Goh rescues a small girl. That girl, still twelve years of age, was Aoi Anna.
Five years later, Goh retires from front line combat; and to forget the tragedy of Mira, decides to marry Anna, who had by then received expert training as a Robot Pilot. The two had fallen in love.
However, on the day of the wedding, an emergency call is sent. Goh rushes out of the wedding, and Anna is left shocked in her wedding dress. However, she was not just a girl who would quietly wait for her husband to return!
