Synopsis :
Many students have lost their school spirit because their notion of life is to land a job as opposed to participating in school activities. The lack of school spirit shows in competitive events and even clubs. Mika Inamori is a rather timid and quiet girl that is the only remaining member of the student council. At the opening ceremony, she tries desperately to gather some members for the school council, but receives no attention. That is, until a super-energetic new transfer student hurtles through the auditorium and runs for the council president.
Her name is Manami Amamiya (call her Manabi) and with her carefree and cheerful attitude, Manabi brings a new light to the students of her new school.
