Synopsis :
A dream is an element of our thought that we strongly imagine. In some circumstances, a dream breaks the barrier of reality. When that happens, that dream becomes a nightmare causing trouble in the real world.
Yume Tsukai (Dream Catchers) relieve these nightmares and convert them into what the dream should be. Toko and her sister Renko are Dream Catchers and their job is to pinpoint the owner of the dream, the origin of its content, and finally (using the strength of the owner), rid of the nightmare that interupts the real world.
